We just got on Yelp.com a great customer review site. If you're on vacation you can search online all the cool places to go. Or it's really awesome if you have a smartphone and you're in an area you're not familiar with you could just search (par example) "shopping" in "Nyack, NY" and it'll show all the shops and what people think of them.
